Shipping

Kolcraft offers FREE standard ground shipping on orders above $59 or more to the 48 contiguous United States. Products from Kolcraft, Contours Baby, and Sealy Baby may be combined in a single order to be eligible. All orders under $59, will ship for a flat rate of $7.99 for standard ground shipping.

For orders outside of the US, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Duties and custom fees are not included and is the sole responsibility of the customer upon receipt. Due to federal regulations, not all items are eligible for sale to countries outside of the US. Please call customer service with questions.

All replacement part orders ship FREE to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping costs for areas outside of the US will be calculated at checkout.

NOTE that orders are fulfilled Mon-Fri during our normal business hours.

Returns

We accept unused and unassembled items for return within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns from 3rd party vendors or our retail partners. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate your return, please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-800-453-7673 during regular office hours. All returned items must be shipped pre-paid. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items.

Taxes & Duties

Orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to tax & duty charges of the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. For information on charges in your local area, please contact your local customs office.
