Designing high-quality products has always been our focus at Contours Baby but creating value and trust with our consumers and our global community is at the core of our DNA.

Safety
We at Contours Baby pride ourselves on creating products that are safe, functional and stylish. All Contours Baby products are tested rigorously for quality and safety. Our products meet or exceed all federal regulations, and we voluntarily certify with JPMA 2.0 Product Safety and UL GREENGUARD Gold certification programs to help parents recognize our dedication to product safety and air quality. And if that isn’t enough, we also go above and beyond those certification programs by regularly testing our products to our internal, elevated product safety requirements and for chemicals of concern, all to put your mind at ease.
Warranty
We stand beside parents and we stand behind our products too. That’s why we offer an EXTENDED WARRANTY of one additional year (for a total of a two year warranty) on all Contours Baby products. To receive the extra year of warranty, simply register your product. Warranties beyond two years apply to specific products as featured on their product pages.
Our Community
As a family-owned company, we value our relationships with our community, including parents and families, as well as other local groups that support families on their own parenting journey.
One way we work to partner with parents is through our Mom Matters research group (where Dads are welcome, too)! This community is a vital part of our continued success, and a place where we learn from the baby experts – YOU! Whether we are developing new products, testing new features and ideas, or looking to get feedback on different colors and styles of baby gear, we turn to our Mom Matters group for input. And we would love to have you join us too!
Another, more recent way that we have expanded our partnership with local communities and families is by providing free and discounted baby carriers to local babywearing groups throughout the U.S. Babywearing (the practice of “wearing” your baby close to you in a baby carrier/wrap that leaves your hands free) is a valuable way that many parents can bond with their child throughout the day. Contours Baby is proud to work with several babywearing organizations, and we offer many babywearing groups our carriers to include in their product libraries for parents to try on and check out. This allows parents and caregivers the chance to work with a local babywearing expert in finding a carrier that will work best for them. In addition, we partner with babywearing experts and parents in an effort to continually improve our baby carriers and offer solutions to fit their parenting journey.
Our goal is to foster a strong community for parents and caregivers to come together, share their experiences and discover new products to support their busy lives.
